What is Gecko Grip?
Gecko Grip is our signature herbal pain relief patch, designed to help support recovery from muscle and joint discomfort. It combines natural herbal ingredients with a skin-friendly adhesive to deliver a soothing, long-lasting effect right where you need it.
How long does each patch last?
Each patch can be worn for up to 12 hours of continuous use. For sensitive skin, we recommend testing a shorter wear time first.
Where can I use Gecko Grip patches?
Although their patented shape was designed for knees, they’re flexible and versatile enough to be worn on most areas of the body — knees, shoulders, back, neck, elbows, or ankles. Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our patches are made with gentle, high-quality materials and natural herbal ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is unique. If irritation occurs, remove the patch and wash the area with mild soap and water.
Do the patches contain any chemicals or synthetic drugs?
No. Our patches are free from synthetic drugs, parabens, and artificial fragrances. They’re formulated with traditional herbal ingredients (Mugwort, Borneol, Ginger, Cinnamon, Saffron, Aconite, Camphor, Menthol, & Tea Tree Oil.)
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. We’re proud to say all Reptile Recovery products are cruelty-free.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, with international shipping coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
If purchasing through Amazon Prime, orders are fullfilled & delivered within 1-2 days. If purchasing through our website, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something’s not right, email support@reptilerecovery.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs if ordering through our website).
How do I start a return?

Can I use Gecko Grip alongside other pain relief products?
We recommend using one topical product at a time to avoid irritation. If you’re under medical treatment, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Are the patches waterproof?
They’re water-resistant but not fully waterproof. For best results, avoid swimming or bathing while wearing a patch. Soaking the patch will decrease its adhesive properties.
Can I use Gecko Grip daily?
Yes! You can use the patches as part of your regular recovery routine. We suggest giving your skin a short break between applications.
